After traveling all day we wanted to relax and watch TV. The remote would not work. The staff did not seem to know what to do about it. So they changed the batteries after my suggestion. This still did not fix the overall operation of the remote but we were able to get to a few channels. The in room channel guide did not match what was on the TV. Poor service and no fix.

I really love my stay. The only issue I have was a swimming pool and the hot tub.. the swimming pool in the hot tub was disgusting!

Noisy highway

Vert nice hotel, but upper floors get quite loud because of highway noise. Between trucks using exhaust brake, and well sounding like a raceway at times, sleep was a bit spotty. Not the facilities fault, and nothing they can do. Just a heads up for light sleepers

Clean rooms but not great

Fist the pros, loved how quickly we checked in and I was surprised on how clean the rooms were, even the corners in the bathrooms. The bed was comfortable and my family of four fit great. They had a perfect size mini fridge and even a microwave. The complimentary breakfast was good and I loved how one of the staff members help my daughter make instant oatmeal. The cons, one of the elevators was down, so checking in at 9:45pm you’re tired and don’t want to wait 5 minutes for an elevator. The next day we just used the stairs a couple of times which was very tiring for me since I’m pregnant with twins! The elevator was right by the pool and there was so much water from people leaving the pool on the floor, definitely a safety hazard. Around 2am there was a car outside that kept raving his engine for over 30 minutes, so annoying. And around 6:30am you could hear the upstairs room that someone was running back and forth for a while. The stairs have not been cleaned I found trash and even candy, not good. Even though the room was very clean due to the cons I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was good, but the hot tub was disgusting. Floating hair all over. Discolored water. The pool had the coldest water of all the hotels we stayed at on our vacation. I choose hotels based on the room cleanliness and the pool and hot tub.
