Rooms are spacious and clean, as are the public areas (lobby). I used the airport shuttle, which was fast and friendly. But when I called the hotel to arrange this, I was met with loud hold music and no announcement, so I was lucky to find the shuttle at the airport. The person checking me in was professional and efficient, so I don't know what happened with the phone.

Please don’t let cleanliness decline

I honestly love staying at this hotel before early morning flights. However, I’m beginning to notice a slight decline. Every single floor my wife and I walked on was sticky. The lobby, the restaurant downstairs, and even in the foyer in our room. It was crazy. But the beds were comfortable. The room was comfortable, and it is very convenient. Unfortunately, we were not able to take advantage of the airport shuttle because the time slot was full. However, fast park parking is right across the street and they have fast shuttles to the airport.

Nice but loud in the morning

Great service and property but not very sound proof and no blackout curtains made it hard to recover from a late night of delayed flights that led to 4 hours of sleep when it could have been 6-7 hours with better curtains and soundproofing
