We paid for an atrium room, as we have done multiple times in the past. However, our room was on the bottom level, and our “balcony” was at the same level as the walkway and everyone could look in our room as they walked by. We had to close the curtains and didn’t feel comfortable using our patio. There weren’t other rooms available for us to move to unfortunately. I don’t feel like those rooms should be the same price as higher level atrium rooms because we couldn’t see anything in the atrium area we were in because we were in a corner on that bottom level. It felt like an interior room.

The room was clean but a bit small. The main challenge had been that staff did not always seem friendly. They sell add on activities at the resort and in many cases, they were overpriced. It was sometimes difficult to find drinks at different bars.

The staff was not accommodating and seemed not to care much about anything other than moving in to the next person in line. I called ahead for requests due to traveling with my 95 year old mother and we were first put in a room farthest away from the main lobby! Spent two hours of our first day there trying to get a more convenient placement for me and my family who I had also requested to be close to me! Did not happen! Housekeeping was sporadic and we never got face cloths during our stay! Parking was hard and key access to parking did not work most of the time Disappointed overall as this was part of Christmas for my family

The room was spotless. We upgraded to an inside room with a balcony and the staff made the change very quickly and sent a bellman to assist with moving to the new room. The hotel is beautiful and we plan to bring our grandkids next time we visit.

Room far away and keys did not work. Had to walk all the way back to lobby with luggage. Very crowded, assuming because of holiday, but could not even get a cup of coffee. Waited 25 minutes for them to tell us they ran out. Property is very beautiful.
