Make sure they REALLY have the room…

Shoved me in a smaller room after booking a suite. Acted like they were doing me a favor for “not charging me more for the change”. Did not provide a refund for the difference. GFCI in the bathroom kept tripping when just turning the lights on. Pillows were all flat and not comfortable. Don’t feed me bull and tell me it’s caviar.

Good location. Close to chopping and dining. Room was clean and lobby was clean. The pool was closed for renovations which we didn’t know about until we checked in. That was disappointing. The light in our bathroom went out the first night. We requested maintenance. They never showed so the first day we showered in the dark. That was fun. When we got back that evening, it still wasn’t fixed. We ended up fixing it ourselves so we could shower with some lights.
