Palacio Solecio, a Small Luxury Hotel of the World

"Minulla oli korkeat odotukset Palacio Soleciolta kohtaan sen Small Luxury Hotels -ketjuun kuulumisen vuoksi, mutta valitettavasti vierailuni ei vastannut tätä tasoa.
Myöhäinen uloskirjautuminen oli pyynnöistä huolimatta rajoitettu vain 30 minuuttiin, vaikka hotelli ei selvästi ollut täynnä. Huoneeni lavuaari ei toiminut kunnolla, eikä Chromecast ollut käytettävissä ilmoituksen mukaan ”tässä huoneessa”. Lisäksi huoneeni sijaitsi ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, jossa melutaso oli ajoittain jopa häiritsevä.
Annan tämän palautteen rakentavassa hengessä – hotellissa on selkeää potentiaalia, mutta kokonaiskokemus jäi alle sen, mitä odotin tältä brändiltä. Kaupungissa oli maraton, johon mekin osallistumme ja parina vuonna olemme olleen toisessa hotellissa, sieltä oltiin oma-aloitteisesti yhteydessä ja kysyttiin, että olenko osallistumassa tapahtumaan, järjestivät aikaisen aamupalan juoksijoille ja late checkinin. Kaupungista saa vain parempaa palvelua ja tällaisiinkin pitäisi voida varautua ainakin tässä ketjussa."
