Valmistettu helmikuussa 2020, tÀmÀ mahtava koti on parhaillaan rakenteilla. HyvÀksymme varaukset 1. helmikuuta 2020 alkaen. Koti sijaitsee ylellisellÀ 13. kadulla Key Colony BeachillÀ.

TÀhÀn luetteloon lisÀtyt valokuvat ja videot ovat nykyisestÀ Grouper-talomme, joka on myös saman omistajan suunnittelema ja rakentama kuvaamaan tyyliÀ ja muotoilua ja ominaisuuksia, jotka Snapper Housella on valmistumisen jÀlkeen.

Snapper Housessa on 4 isÀntÀsviittiÀ, joissa on kahvibaareja, iso suuri huone kodin keskustassa kerÀÀmistÀ varten, jauhehuone huonosta huoneesta, pesutupa ja upea terassi. Suuri yksityinen uima-allas, joka on tÀsmÀlleen ryhmÀaltaan kokoinen, on yksityinen ja sijaitsee talon ja suuren IP: n peittÀmÀn venelaiturin vÀlissÀ. Talon alla ja uima-altaan vieressÀ on katettu pysÀköintialue ja laaja varjostettu ulkotila.

Perfect in every way

We had a great time for our 2024 Thanksgiving stay. Everything worked, the kitchen and bar were very well appointed and the location was near everything we were doing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House

Absolutely beautiful house and perfect for our week stay during mini season. The house was very clean and incredibly well kept. We really appreciated the extra amenities that the house offered. The ice maker, elevator, and private boat ramp were just a few that made our stay easier! Our family loved staying in this house so much that it was hard to say goodbye but we can't wait to plan another vacation here!

Almost Perfect

We have been renting in KCB every year for the past 35+ years. We are always looking for the ultimate place to stay. This came close, just fell short a few minor ways. The house was great and seemed well kept. The kitchen supplies were top notch. The bathrooms in every bedroom are fantastic. The only downside: 1). The house faces East (sunrise) so if you’re looking for afternoon sun, you’ll have to go elsewhere (in Jan the pool loses sun at 2 pm). 2). This is a top notch place, the beach towels were not. Nice matching (thick) beach towels would have matched the caliber of the house. 3). It would have been nice to have some condiments in the house on arrival such as salt, pepper, coffee filters, etc. every place we’ve stayed previously has had them.

Perfect for a group

This property is perfect for a group-whether you want to spend the whole time together or get private time in another area of the house. There’s plenty of space. Property manager was extremely responsive and we loved that they took care of everything. Check out was a cinch! We are recommending to our friends!!

Perfect stay for my 40th birthday

We booked this beautiful home for my 40th birthday and had family book 2 other properties from the same individuals, all great! Communication with staff/owners was easy. Property was well kept and had so much to offer. Between pool, dock, games (cornhole and ping pong) and outdoor lounge seating
 you’d never HAVE to leave the property to enjoy your week. Marathon was the perfect location and speed. Key Colony Beach is a very nice area to be in within Marathon as well :) Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Would love to return someday and will definitely recommend to others.

KCB Comfortable! Sad to leave!!

A terrific property. Had a wonderful time. Clean and great place for invited guests to have their own space & areas to gather as a group. Beautiful House

We had a great stay in January, with family that included my 75yo mother in law. The house was perfect. Great common area, and privacy of the four master suites. The outdoor living space was ideal and used often, and the elevator made it easy for my mother in law to get up and down, and also for luggage, etc. Dock was great, and bait freezer and ice machine made things very convenient for boating. Communication was beyond excellent with the host. Will definitely stay again.

This place was gorgeous and you never want to leave. The only thing I would change is 1. You need to have tvs in the bedrooms. There was only a tv in the main living area and outside.

Happy in the Keys Wedding

This place was exactly as the pictures promised! Absolutely gorgeous place, with privacy and fun for everyone. We had a small private event catered here and everything was perfect. Close to Sunset Park, shopping, turtle hospital, boats, you name it! HIghly recommend this place.

Marathon Paradise

Amazing vacation rental for family!

We hit the jackpot with this vacation rental. Perfect for our multi generational family trip. Pictures don't do it justice! Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Easy to walk to sunset park to watch the sunset. Great layout for vacationing with a group. As a new mom, I loved the elevator for the stroller when baby fell asleep on our walks!

Ultimate Adult Get-Away

This home is so beautifully done, I don't even know where to begin! It's clearly been designed by someone who has rented homes for travel before and knows exactly what they are doing. From having tons of silverware and plates (ever stay in a rental that has a single set of 12 forks for a group of 8 people? Total pain to have to hand wash them between breakfast and lunch!) To the ground level fridge for extra drinks (no running upstairs for drink while in the pool) to the commercial ice maker (we filled our cooler to head out on the boat and the thing had pretty much refilled by the time we got back), they just thought of everything you may need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. Its 4 master suites, which was perfect for our group of 4 adult couples taking a vacation without all our kids! If you haven't ever vacationed without kids, highly recommend giving it a try! The common areas are so comfortable and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space was absolutely perfect. The pool was amazing to have after being out on the boat all day. And Key Colony Beach was such a nice area! This place is 5 stars in every aspect. Grab some friends, split the cost and I promise you won't be disappointed!

Best rental property in Keys

We've rented a number of houses and condos in the Keys. Our family has been going there for 50 years. This is hands down the best property we have ever stayed at. Attention to detail at every step was perfect. The house has everything you would ever need - including a margarita machine! I don't think we could ever stay at another house in the Keys now - other than maybe their other 2 properties Grouper House and Super Grouper House! Thanks Kim for making our vacation so great!

A Florida Keys Dream

Our week-long stay at the Snapper house was nice and relaxing! The house was perfect for family and friends who stayed with us and visited us daily! Amazing home

We were so #happyinthekeys at the Snapper House. Everything about this home was done with much thought. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you may need, to include a Margarita Machine. Walking distance to Sunset park. Can’t wait to come back!
