When we arrived and got to the room it was bare, no furniture. I informed the desk clerk this is not the room we reserved. She said there was nothing she could do. The next morning we checked out and asked for a refund. They said we must go through expedia for a refund. Of course expedia says the hotel must provide the refund. So Expedia is not assisting at all in the process. I had to contact my credit card company and put the funds on hold until Expedia fixes the problem. The pictures on the website are deceptive. I will never use or recommend or us the NYAH or Expedia. This has been a horrible experience. I deserve a refund. Services were not provided.

The place is set up like a college dorm. Staff was very helpful. Location was quiet and close enough to Duval street. If i had a group of twenty year olds that would be the place to go, but as a single traveler I would prefer another hotel.

This is a good option if you were on a budget and don’t need many amenities, but want plenty of beds for your group. For a family that does not want to rent two rooms, it can be a good option, but it isn’t for everyone. The pools were nice, the staff was pleasant, and breakfast was adequate.
