Fantastinen 3. kerroksen merinäköala osakehuoneisto. Yksikössä on täysikokoinen täysin varustettu keittiö. Pesukone kuivausrumpu. Kuningas makuuhuoneessa, 2 kaksoset vierashuoneessa ja queen-size-vuodesohva olohuoneessa .. Täysin kunnostettu syksy 2017, räätälöity keittiö ja kylpyhuone. Laatoitettu koko.

Kaikki uudet sängyt. Päämakuuhuoneessa on kuningas, vierashuoneessa on 2 erillistä vuodetta.

Paikka on lähellä yöelämää, keskustaa, lentokenttää ja puistoja. Rakastat paikkaani naapuruuden, viihtyisyyden, keittiön ja valon takia. Paikani on hyvä pariskunnille, yksin seikkailijoille, liikematkailijoille, perheille (lasten kanssa) ja suurille ryhmille.

Tällä majoitusliikkeellä on vähintään 5 yön yöpymisvaatimus sesonkiaikana, milloin tahansa viikon aikana. Joskus saattaa esiintyä lyhyempi aukko, ja olemme sitten valmiita tekemään poikkeuksen säännöstä, et voi varata tätä verkossa, joten soita tai lähetä meille sähköpostia.
Tämä huoneistohotelli on saanut loistavaa palautetta avuliaasta henkilökunnastaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Florida Keys Beaches. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla poreallas ja pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

The view is amazing!! The condo and property were clean, well maintained and peaceful. Loved that a parking space was included. Also appreciated enough amenities like dishwasher and laundry detergent, hand soap and dish soap were provided so we didn’t have to go buy all those things for just a week. There was also baggies, foil and cling wrap. There was a cooler and chairs for beach available too. A gas or electric grill on property would be a nice touch. There were charcoal grills, which we love, but didn’t want to mess with all that.

Great Place in Uptown

We loved staying here. Very comfortable, well appointed, had everything we needed, CLEAN, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this be included when looking for a place in Uptown Key West.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed the condo and location. Unfortunately, we were 1st hit w/ a (local) female in the elevator up to our floor with "I hope you are not partiers", in a snide and unforgiving voice. I'm 63 and my husband is 65, we are as quiet as you can be. So that was unfair to us to be 'greeted' that way on our first steps onto the property. Also, we requested the 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom to be turned into a king and it was never completed. Then we felt sand in the condo under our feet and we never went on to the beach. Lastly, we called Prop Mgmt on the last day there to ask for an extra hour check out the next day & a gentleman answered the phone w/o saying anything except 'Hello???'. So I asked if this was PM, he said it was and I just thought that was strange not answering the phone as "Hello, Property Mgmt, my name is .... How can I help you". When I requested the extra hour he said he'd have to get back to me. He never did. I called again and he did the same thing when answering. I reminded him of our conversation and he hemmed and hawed & finally said yes, but only till 11 am. That extra hour did help out a lot since our flight was at 2pm.

Enjoyed our stay!

Myself, my husband, and another couple spent a long weekend here and enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and comfortable, the pool was nice, and the beach is a quick walk around the corner. There’s also a few small convenience/liquor stores within walking distance. If you want to go down to the Duval St area, it was a $12-$19 Uber ride one way.

Pricey, but fully equipped with excellent location.

Pricey, but has views of the ocean although the unit is closer to the back street vs. ocean front. Large primary bedroom, bath suite including amazing 10FT or so shower with dual rain-shower heads. Easy walking distance to adjacent park beach and water-front walkway to airport and beyond. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Even included beach towels and chairs. Balcony is large with table, chairs, and a couple of loungers. Really liked the two coffee-maker options including K-Cup.

Great Place

Awesome place to stay. Very clean and well put together condo. We absolutely loved the large walk in shower. Place had everything we needed and the balcony was a place we hung out on every night. The pool was nice and clean as well but there was no beach we had to go further down for that. We rented a car and every place we went to was just about a 10-15 min drive so this is a great location. We got there late and there was no one in the lobby and we couldn’t get in until some other people who stayed there let us in as they were coming back in. That was a little frustrating. Took us a little bit to find the lockbox but other stayers were nice enough to help us out and told us they ran into the same issue. Other than that, great place and would definitely recommend.

Nice central location for Key West getaway

Comfortable unit with nice view. Enjoyed pool, but hot tub wasn’t working. Walking distance to Smathers Beach, but better to stay at onsite beach as there was lots of seaweed in the ocean. Had a good dinner at Hogfish Bar & Grill; great happy hour at the Boat House; and loved the Commotion on the Ocean sunset sail. Also enjoyed the Key West Garden Club at Higgs Beach that has lots of beautiful flowers.

Great stay!

Overall, everything was as expected. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We preferred the location because it was a 5 minute drive away from the major/busier areas. Neighbors and other guests were friendly and welcoming especially towards our kids. Only negative was the beach area was closed due to glass being washed up shore from a storm; which is out of anyone’s control.
