I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Kingston. The room was very nice, roomy, and clean. The refrigerator was small but fine. We did not have a smooth checkout. I dropped off the room key early and told the desk clerk that I was checking out. But later in the afternoon, I received a call asking when I was planning to check out. By then, I was in another city! We obviously had a miscommunication at the morning checkout.

The room was exceptionally nice, meticulously clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. For a hotel offering complimentary Continental breakfast, it was impressive. The staff exhibited professionalism and friendliness. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking accommodations in the area. Its proximity to numerous restaurants and shopping venues adds to its convenience.
