Nice Experience

Amazing hotel with pool. You are near a small mountain and can see the monkeys in the morning in front of your room. Just be aware the stairs if you have any disease.

The property is located within walking distance of all the amenities. The property is NOT suitable for anyone with walking issues. There's lots of starirs to climb. Our apartment was very heigh. You get a workout each time you go to your room. It's close to everything, food clubs etc. It was very noisy at night due to local club music. The property was clean but it's very dated. The staff were excellent. There's no breakfasts faculties at this hotel. You have to buy your food the night before because all the shop don't open until 10am. There's a pool which is very small and not really suitable for swimming. The best part of this property is that the scenary is amazing. Because it's so heigh you get beautiful views of the island.

This place is clearly under construction. Power points dont work .power and aircon turn off. This is clearly old photos of when the place was new . There are some rooms completed which we used. But i want my money back. It was terrible.ruined my weekend there

The hotel looks amazing, great view and the staff was very welcoming and they helped us to take the luggage to the room. The only thing that we didn’t like was that they haven’t clean the room daily, so we had to use the some towel every day and the fridge was a bit dirty. And it was only one plug in the room to use it to charge the phone. Overall was a nice experience we will definitely come back again . Its worthy money !

Not great!

Not great value for money! Not great for a family! A lot of money for very little! We paid half the price for a much better hotel/resort in Ao Nang!

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. Check in was quick and easy and staff helped us carry our bags to the room which was super helpful as there was 2 flights off stairs to get to our little hut. I liked how it was individual huts so you’re not directly next to anyone else and felt a bit more private. The hotel was a bit of a walk from the pier but honestly it wasn’t a big deal since everywhere is walking distance on PhiPhi Island and it was nice to be a bit further away from the main area as music plays quite loud throughout the night (was still able to hear it at 2/3am but it wasn’t too bad) The only complaint I have is that the toilet was not cleaned when we arrived as there was pee on the seat. We would stay here again and good for its price!

The views which you got from the property were fantastic as you got a good sight to all of the island. The rooms need an update as there’s too many gaps between doors and windows which give access to mosquitoes, which didn’t help that our mosquito net was also full of holes and was not the correct size to fit fully around the bed. I also wouldn’t advise this place for families with young children or people with any kind of mobility issues as the huts range from one flight of stairs to ten with no ease of access up.

Overall the Hotel/Room is in a bad condition with a broken sink, a very poor bathroom, broken toilet flush and old toilet seat, dirt under the beds and uneven steps to reach the bungalows. The hotel is good for backpacking and low key vacation, but the price we payed is way to high for this kind of hotel experience. Overall a non repeat.

The hotel has a great sea view and is in a great location. The rooms are located on the mountain which gives a panoramic view of phi phi. Yet the room was so outdated (although they were in the process of reinnovating other rooms) and full of ants and lizards. The bed and bathroom were clean though Overall it was a really nice experience

Good for Phi Phi

Pretty nice place. Maybe the bathroom could have been a bit nicer but it was a deal for the area and price. The stairs weren’t too bad to get to our room and the view was nice. It also kept the noise lower too from the bars. Close to the beach too.

Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. It is situated above a wastewater treatment plant and smells like sewage, and is also right above a loud club that plays music in to the early morning every single night. The bathrooms have no hot water, no water pressure, no soap, and no shower curtain. This was the most disappointing hotel we have ever stayed at.

Worst experience ever

- holes everywhere in the walls and in the ceiling, by which insects and reptiles come into the room - ac barely working, we were hot during the whole time - there were exactly 165 steps from the reception to the room, no elevator. - the floor on the patio was slippy as ice, I slipped and injured my back - WHEN there was water, the flow was so weak it would take ages to shower -consider that the wifi is not working -no restaurant so no breakfast
