Rooms were a nice size and hotel very close to Kyoto station. Shuttle bus was an added bonus. Plenty of dining options close by. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel - we stayed in a junior suite and it was certainly luxurious - especially after some of the more cramped rooms in other cities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only issue is that its quite far (40 minute walk) from the more main areas within Kyoto so a bit of a trek to the nicer restaurants and more bustling areas.

Kyoto stay

The hotel is close to the station which is good and the hotel has a shuttle bus that goes between the station and hotel. The room was more spacious than other Japanese hotel rooms and it was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with Western as well as Japanese choices.

Its very near to Kyoto station. They have airport shuttle which is very helpful. They upgraded us to a suite, thank you! Breakfast is on a revolving restaurant (fancy!) Use of pool and gym has extra fee (clean water). We enjoyed our stay overall!

Hotel was fantastic! Great location with a shrine very close by and a mall within walking distance! Parking onsite and the buffet breakfast was really good with lots of options! Don't hesitate to book the hotel!

I enjoyed this hotel, however, to use the pool or gym it costs 3,300 Yen each time to use. I found it sneaky that they did not disclose on the booking that the pool is not included.

Room big, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Location closed to amenities . Like the shuttle bus punctual and bus driver helpful. Feel safe, can walk around, good location. We enjoyed our stay, like the kimonos in room and Free water... Love the service for luggage transfer, very convenient. Would recommend friends to stay when visit Kyoto.

The rooms are huge especially if you’re coming in after a stay in Tokyo. If you are a bidet enthusiast be careful the pressure is also very strong, I think this is a bonus. Staff and rooms were very nice. There’s a bar in the basement so you can end the night strong. Would definitely recommend.
