Great Sleep & Service

My stay was fantastic! The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and perfect for a restful night. The airport transfer service was smooth and convenient, making travel stress-free. The amenities were excellent, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. I’d happily return and recommend this place!

I liked the hotel, but was unaware that the Wingate was a college dorm during the fall semester. The TV and phone were not working in the first room . Attendant move me to another room. Phone worked, TV not so much. Door had a piece of hard hanging off the door, toilet seat was loose . The Manager Alexis Simone was very nice and gave me partial refund. Which I appreciate very much.

The first room we went into the door would not lock, so we had to be moved. We were moved into another room. It was okay, not, it's super nice.. The blinds in the room did not work correctly... The bathroom was subpar at best.. The water would not get hot. It took several minutes to do so.. I complained in the manager. He immediately gave us a credit. And was very kind, but it still doesn't change the condition of this property.. He shared that. It was a dormitory for a college. The year before and they were trying to get it back two, it's excellent state..

1) Lots of confusion at check in. Bed was very hard and the pillows were extremely small. About 2:30 am, the guest in the room above me decided to run a marathon. Sounded like there was no insulation between floors. Barely got any sleep.

I see that I had a similar issue to others. I made a reservation but was then called the morning I was supposed to check in and was told there were no rooms. They found a room for me at the Best Western down the street. Definitely a lesser hotel but almost the same price. I've stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have been completely satisfied. I will probably be looking for another hotel when I have to travel here in the future for fear this will happen again.

Cacelled my room and gave me another room at different hotel, but would not refund the difference. Nothing but immigrants at the hotel when i tried to check in. Two immigrants that did not speak english, dressed as security met me at the door. Told me a "corporation " rented the hotel till after the election. Should not have took my reservation in the first place.
