I highly recommend this hotel!!! It's very nice and the fragrance they use is absolutely breathtaking!!!! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Lafayette. The breakfast was great as well and the hotel staff was very accommodating

My first room smelled like cigar smoke so I got another. The smell of the hotel is overwhelming, they pump some scent into the hotel excessively, making you wonder if they are masking something. Also I was there for 3 nights and my key cards quit working twice, I do not recommend and would not stay there again.

I had a procedure at the Ochsner Hospital close by and had to be there early so I didn't get to see or have breakfast, but the hotel was clean quiet and nice! Definitely stay again!

There were definitely problems with check-in we were overcharged we were charging correctly. The hotel was beautiful, but the service was terrible and I have been promised numerous times that it would get corrected and as of today it is still not corrected and I have not received the promised email showing my receipt.

Hotel had construction going on, it was very messy & smelt weird. States breakfast is included, I went down to get some & all the construction workers had taken must of the stuff. As I saw them getting into the elevator with several pastries & fruits each. The ac had a wooden base that had mildew from the water. Several of our bathroom towels had stains.

After calling TWICE to confirm we had a room we got to the hotel after driving for 7 hours just to find out they didn’t have any rooms and had cancelled our reservation. This is unacceptable. After speaking to the front desk they had said they hadn’t received payment and it was not going to be taken out my bank account when in reality the money was taken out. Completely unacceptable.
