Negatives - Room felt neglected - smell of smoke hit you when you open the door, stained and thin linen, frayed towels and saw roach in the bathroom. Positive - well lit parking lot and quiet.

The ac didn’t go lower than 74 and all the bedding and towels were full of stains as well as the additional breakfast all they had was coffee available no food at all

Heater and phone didn’t work. No Kleenex in bathroom. Walls were paper thin & I could hear every step that people above us made. Metal box that bed was on made noise every time I moved in bed. No breakfast.
