The parking was great. Nice close spot to our room. The gentle man at the front desk was very nice, and helpful. But the room was not at all what was pictured (or maybe it was but pictures sometimes do lie) The hardwood looking floors were filthy, My sons white socks were black after just no exaggeration 1 min from walking across the floor. The bathtub was very old, there were hairs all over the bathroom walls, in the bed, in the towels. I get it hair sticks when drying things in a dryer but this is not acceptable, cobbwebs in the corner of the ceiling, mildew stains on the ceiling, the smoke detector was not hooked up, I went ahead and bought Lysol spray and wipes and cleaned the entire room, along with hooking up the smoke alarm. The outside light was covered in cobbwebs. My husband was so mad at me for booking this place and not reading up more on it. I just trusted the good reviews and the pictures looks very good. But I guess not.

Property/rooms do not look like the pictures. Very run down. Pool bar not open during the week. Pool missing a lot of tiles, just not well kept . Floor in room very dirty and full of sand . Fence by the lake falling apart. Beach area was nice but in the water was a lot of sharp rocks. The location of the property is very nice. The staff was nice and friendly. Would have liked to have some fire pits to sit by at night but there were nun. I don’t think this will be my first pick to stay here again.

We arrived 1/2 hour early and they let us check in early...so nice! It was quiet in the room, the balcony was nice and we had a good view of the lake. Room was clean.

Staff was friendly and helpful at front desk. Beach area was nice and there is a wonderful view of the lake. We enjoyed having a balcony to sit outside in the evening. However, the room was very dirty. We had to remove the top coverlet from the bed because there were stains and hair on them. There was lots of hair in the bathroom, the base of the toilet was filthy, and the floor of the room was not clean enough to not wear our shoes. I did not put my luggage on the floor. Nice location but housekeeping staff needs better oversight. I won’t stay there again because I did not feel relaxed enough to work or eat in the room. We only slept there. The sheets and pillowcases were only things that were clean.

The view from the hotel is very nice but the hotel isn't the cleanest. There were spiders in the room, the floors were sticky, and our towels had a lot of black mold on it. There's also no phone in the room in case you need something.

Power went out the last night of stay. Resort did not have emergency lights making it difficult to move around room or grounds without flashlight. Traveling with a young child without power made it unsafe & unbearable to stay. Front desk said resort would lose all power with just office lights. Safety lights and backup generator lacking. In case of any emergency safety is not a priority, poor communication on restoration.

Loved the area, town nearby. This property has alot of potential, service was great and accomodating. Small bar and food stand by the pool, good food and drinks. It’s a little rundown. Our room had black mold in the bathroom all under the sink. The mattresses were probably the cheapest they could find, not too comfortable. The place is centrally located for easy access downtown which was nice. Next time I would look for a nicer place, maybe even a house.

What you see is exactly what you get. Nothing fancy. It’s reasonably priced. Great location within a 5 minute drive of the shops and attractions. I recommend the lake view room at the top of the hill. The beach front rooms are noisy and extremely high traffic but all in all I had a very positive stay.

Beautiful view. Clean room. Spacious .nice pool. beautiful beach .plenty of seating outdoors .great snack bar. very friendly vendor .plenty of parking. Bathroom was disgusting. Stained tub terrible grouting. Paint actually peeling off the walls. Looks like mold on the ceiling. Dents in the floor. Adequate counter space. No fan that I could see. Mirror fogged over immediately.
