A failure to meet basic standards

Our stay here was deeply unsatisfactory due to multiple critical failures in hygiene and quality. The most serious issue was the discovery of a **blood stain on the comforter** at 3:00 AM. This is an unacceptable health and sanitation breach. Adding to the poor cleanliness, the bathtub contained **long black hairs**, despite the fact that we have short brown hair. The poor standards extended to the morning meal. The breakfast was minimal and low quality: the bread was **stale** and the French toast was clearly **frozen and reheated**. No basic hot food, such as eggs or bacon, was provided, showing a profound lack of effort. In summary, this property failed to provide a clean, safe room and offered a deeply disappointing breakfast.
