We had a great first time experience at this hotel. I do wish the rooms were a bit more upgraded and it also would've been nice for planning purposes to have access to the weekly schedule of activities prior to our trip. Additionally, the character meet and greets we're great, but for the 2.5 days we were there, they had the same 2 characters on repeat, which was very disappointing to my kiddo, especially because the 2 characters aren't her favs. Staff was very helpful and accommodating, and it was a great quick trip and experience overall :-)

Love the Cartoon Network Hotel and facility. Been going there for years now. Great for little ones! Characterized roomed walls are pretty neat. Would be cool if the kids could color the characters on the walls if the walls were Dry Erase style. Highly recommend

The stay wasn’t great. The room had marks and holes all over the walls it felt like things were falling apart over half of the outlets didn’t work when we tried plugging things in. Walls are very thin to where we could hear conversations clearly from other rooms and the people next to us were very loud. People smoking weed in the parking lot was a major turn off as well. The pool and hot tub also need a good cleaning.

Spring Break Get Away

This was an incredible stay. I took my daughter for a get away on spring break. The room as and bathrooms were lovely. The big screen swivel TVs. Indoor pool, vending machines etc. This was an amazing adventure and I will be bringing my daughter back again

My kids love this hotel and always want to go back. So we always do. Me personally would never stay here if I didn’t have kids. Whole main lobby and restaurant need a good mopping as my shoes were sticky to the cement floors. Restaurant menu and service is a joke. $275 for essentially a motel with some Cartoon Network wallpaper and pillows is a joke. But again as long as you have patience and are ok waiting for things to get done, your kids will love it. And we will probably be back. My kids love the crayon tables and the characters walking around. And we were also here when the pool was closed so I bet would be even cooler if the pool was open.

We had a inconvenience about the TV and the kept pad from the room ,but it was fixed immediately, the only thing was the staff in the morning,they should be more energetic and empathetic especially that is a kid's hotel. A renovation on the main lobby could be necessary,overall it was ok to stay for two nights
