I’ve stayed many times but this was the first time that breakfast was a disaster. The egg and potato bins were empty. There was no waffle batter. People stood in a long line for 20 to 30 minutes to get food. We opted to avoid the long slow moving line and had a tiny bowl of cereal instead of the usual omelet I was looking forward to. Breakfast was a bust. And there is always a problem with the luggage carts. 7 floors of rooms and 3 carts that are never to be found. It really sucks that we have to make numerous trips lugging our belongings to the car because there are never any carts. Could you please buy a few more as it’s an ongoing problem at this hotel.

My boyfriend and I love staying here for the wknd! Every staff member is very welcoming and nice. We love the complimentary breakfast! The staff at the breakfast area are so sweet and very attentive. We will definitely be staying often.

Room and property was perfect. Staff was very helpful. Common areas were consistently not picked up after and breakfast was almost completely out at 10am when it went until 10:30. We had to leave and go get breakfast instead. Wish that was better. Overall we would stay there again.
