The floor in my room could have been swept/vacuumed. It was dirty. It could use more hooks to hang towels and bathing suits. Looked updated mostly. Shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty when i got there so i needed to get more. Shampoo/conditioner was cheap. My room didnt get cleaned in the 3.5 days we were there. Friendly staff though!

Newly remodeled looks great. Taking carpet out of rooms was a smart choice. Stayed 3 nights. Last night the power went out for the tv,refrigerator and microwave. Staff tried but didnt find the breaker affecting several rooms. Also the last morning the shower drain took about a half hour to drain. Was a great experience until the last day.

The property is in a beautiful location and the outside area was well cared for and attractive. The floor in the room had not been vacuumed. There was hair and some kind of white fuzz all over the floor. Bathroom and shower area also extremely dirty. Hair in floor and in shower. Water temp in shower was not adjustable. Extremly hot when you tried to adjust with cold water would not temper. When we pulled back the covers on the bed their was also hair in the bed. Do not recommend.

The water pressure was horrible. The beds are not comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was ok waffles, biscuits,cereal, toast and english muffins. Staff was very nice. The only reason I would not stay again is because of the water pressure.

On arrival our lock would not work with card. Was supposedly fixed but had to be let in every time we left and came back. As no one on duty after 10pm we were unable to stay out past that time! Lock was eventually fixed on the last day. Pool was also closed - can’t be helped, I understand but one of the reasons we booked this particular hotel. Bathroom is very small with wash basin in room not in bathroom. Overall an ok hotel but not great.

The remodel was more of a landlord paint job type situation. So it gave a very unclean impression. The floor in my room had not been swept. The pool bottom was really dirty and even if you wanted to get in there were piles of shock chemical sitting in the bottom. The breakfast was just fruit and waffels. There is a lack of water pressure. Also, not the hotels fault but the road noise is a bit obnoxious so if you are bothered by that when sleeping then I wouldn't recommend.

The shower wasn't clean; it looked dirty. There was hair on the walls, and it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. There weren't enough towel. There weren't enough towel at the pool. At breakfast, I had to ask for maple syrup refills every day. There were no plates; I had to ask for them. The orange juice tasted like they'd combined all the juices into one.

The lobby is remodeled but the place overall is below average. The bedroom smelled like smoke (even though it says smoke free) and was bare minimum clean. The free bfast was also bare minimum. For location it’s great but don’t expect much. My kids did like the pool.
