Originally we had booked to stay here for 5 nights. Before even spending one night we decided to cancel the remaining 4 nights and move elsewhere. There is a few options for dining on the property but you have to go in to each option find a staff member standing around and ask them for a menu to see what they serve as there is nobody to greet you or answer any questions you may have. The first place we went to check the menu I was greeted by a cat ON THE TABLE cleaning off the previous guests plates. We decided to have dinner at the sports bar which was low quality food and service and also had a cat roaming the establishment. We also had the breakfast buffet as well in the morning before checking out which turned out to be a big mistake as after that I was not well for a few days. The room was very small and there was a constant odor of sewer gas coming from somewhere. The pool is nice. The beach area is extremely sub par and full of garbage along the shore line and also in the water. The beach isn’t really sand but more of a cat litter texture which of course gets used by the local cats to relieve themself as I witnessed. Along the shore right next to the hotel is some old burnt up ship that blew in there years ago and is a major eye sore and has been photoshopped out of any of the resort advertising materials. The views are very sub par. Location wise there is nothing else around the resort for dining and its kind of a pain in the butt to get anywhere else by taxi.

All the staff are very very respectful and service is just remarkable, the whole resort is sparkling clean. However, restaurants are not in the phone directory or on their website so you had to dial and wait for the operator to transfer you which twice took me 3 redials to finally get the operator and was then transferred to room service instead of the Thai restaurant. We were there for 4 nights and not a lot of food choices for dinner. Also, Dusit must rethink of easier and faster way to check out.
