Frustrating check-in.

Were made to wait for over an hour because the "soap dispenser needed to be glued back on to the shower wall". Multiple ppl were checked-in as we waited. I asked to speak to a mngr., and was told there was "no manager on site". We were told to come back, and that someone would call us when room was ready. After an hour and no call, I called hotel and was told room was ready. Got to room and the soap dispenser had detached again and was on the shower floor, along with the workers shoe prints. We were unnecessarily made to wait for over 2hrs.
