Hotel was great overall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only complaint would be the infestation of mosquitoes in the pool room. There is only one small UV light catcher that is too small for the size of the pool room.

The shower door wouldnt open, the door to enter the room was broken could barely open/close or lock it. I could hear the next room talking through the vents clearly, and the weed and cigarette smoke came freely into the bathroom through the vent that was hooked to another room. I switched rooms and every room smells like weed and cigarettes. The sheets were old and stained, and a maintenance person continuously knocked to check the TV and reprogram it, why would you do that when soneone is in the room. Overall a very bad experience.

Was upset that I could not use the pool and hot tub area due to the massive amount out mosquitoes within the location. The dresser in my room near the beds had little tiny bugs on it which made me very uncomfortable. Lastly the breakfast was ok- standard hotel breakfast. Overall the hotel was fairly clean, and cheap for the amenities provided. Would stay here again if needed.

I was placed right next to the ice machine so it would suddenly be so loud when it’s making ice. When I asked to switch, they said it was the last one room. Then when I tried to shower, no water. Like I can’t change rooms and I can’t shower! Good thing I came here only 1 day.

The room smelled horrible had strong unwashed person body odor. Even the pillows had the scent! I checked in at 9 pm and didnt sleep at all. I took a shower and the shower head leaked a huge stream of water giving you access of 35% of usage of the shower head! When i made a complaint the next morning at check out all i got was an ok. Thanks. Not even a sorry... very rude! but the night clerk was amazing at check in even with the two broken printers she had to work with poor lady! The broken printers were obviously a sign of the shape of the hotel.
