I liked the theme, the room size and the property and room was clean. The water slides continuously kept getting shut down both days we were there. There is not even close to enough handicapped parking. And there is only one dining option in the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel. Upon arrival, we had to check in with the parking lot security, so we knew this place was going to be safe. Check in was quick and easy and the staff are very welcoming. Our room was very clean and fit the description exactly. The hotel pool was great and our kids had an amazing time. Check out was again quick and easy. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the staff at this establishment for making our stay great.

We will never stay here again. Staff that checked us in was rude and went over rules of property like we were being scolded. The day we were checking out, someone knocked on our door an hour before check out asking when we were leaving. As soon as he left the smoke alarms in our room started randomly going off and didn’t stop until we left at 10am at check out time. Nice property but horrible experience and the front desk staff would be better suited working at a prison!
