All of the staff were extremely nice however the room was disgusting! I was talked into an upgrade which cost me an additional $387. I was told it was a nice room and that it was a recently remodeled room. The room was extremely dirty and the windows were so dirty. I couldn’t even see out them, and the whole reason of the upgrade was to have a Riverview room. I was extremely disappointed and I regret my decision and I did stay there five nights I ended up adding on a night because my flight had changed.

resort/room/casino 9.3 the restaurants all close early, at least they're smart enough to supply a mini fridge, save your left overs. I was very happy with the room, even though it was one that's not renovated, the others are. this place surprised me

The room was supposed to over look the river but instead over looked the parking lot. The vent in the bathroom was dirty, the back of the bathroom door had tons of finger prints. The room was not cozy and it smelled, musty.

Room was good. Great views. The only issue we had was at Guy Fiery’s restaurant. The waiter came to us 2 times and said he’d be back to serve us. He didn’t, so we left. I do want to mention that they did serve us warm chips and salsa when we sat down. Liked the sportsbook betting.

Room was decent but the staff is poorly trained and not at all courteous. Additionally a $27 facilities charge for two tiny bottles of water and little else is ridiculous. The staff put us in a room on a floor that was not even available, and after getting ourselves and our stuff up there only to find that out to where we had to go all the back down to the front desk to get it addressed they were unwilling to provide any kind of upgrade, discount concession, or even an apology for the difficulty their incompetence had caused me, so even though I am disabled I had to make two unnecessary trips all the way back and forth across the property completely because of their lack of assigning an available room in the first place, that was to be just me tough luck, this is CLEARLY no way to treat guests. I am a former casino management employee from Atlantic City and we would have been fired if we ever treated guests so poorly. With all of the better options available on both sides of the river, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where they actually care about their guests, not here.
