Comfortable Stay although we payed an extra $21.00 for the upgraded rooms facing the water & room was a lil outdated & unable to enjoy the view that we payed extra due to the window being dusty & dirty from outside!

The rooms wasn’t all that great in the north tower they said it’s renovated but the cabinets holder were broken and the bed where lower then normal and was kinda weird but the good part it was quiet I really enjoyed staying here.

We arrived to our room that was not cleaned properly. The bathroom had not been flushed and there was used towels hanging from the back of the bathroom door. We called and the housekeeping supervisor Paige came to take pictures of the restroom as if they didn’t believe us. I asked for the room to be cleaned again especially the restroom and asked for more towels. We were changing getting ready to leave and told them we would be out of the room in 5 minutes. Paige assured us our room would be cleaned again. We came back to the room about an hour later after we had dinner to a still dirty not cleaned room. Not happy and there was not any other rooms available per the front desk. Felt very unclean

Too loud

There was a bunch of kids running up and down the hall way where our room was. They slammed doors throughout the night. Part of some baseball tournament. The rooms do not block out the noise.

Don’t stay here

The “newly renovated” rooms do not exist. The shower is small and no water pressure. The room we had was so bad the toilet paper holder didn’t even work. The bed was low and terrible. I would not stay here again
