From the front porch and fire pit, you’ll gaze up at towering Wedge Mountain, Edward Peak (Sleeping Lady), and the dramatic, jagged Enchantment Peaks—a panorama that steals the breath and stays with you long after your trip.

Nature is quite literally at your doorstep. You’re just a short walk to:
- The Icicle Creek boat launch, perfect for lazy summer floats
- The Leavenworth Fish Hatchery, offering scenic walking paths, snowshoeing, and XC skiing
- The Icicle Ridge Trail, one of the area's most beloved and accessible hikes

While the property feels tucked away in nature, you're only 7 minutes from downtown Leavenworth, giving you quick access to Bavarian shops, dining, breweries, and seasonal festivals—without being caught in the chaos of a busy weekend.

The home is located on a quiet lane shared with long-time locals (including the owner right next door). We ask guests to respect the peaceful surroundings—no parties or loud outdoor noise, just like you’d expect in your own neighborhood.

Guests have full access to the entire home, private deck, hot tub, fire pit, lawn, and driveway during their stay. Whether you’re soaking under the stars, enjoying morning coffee on the vintage ski lift swing, or prepping a barbecue dinner under the string lights, the entire experience is yours to enjoy.

The only exceptions are a few locked storage cabinets reserved for owner use.

Check-in is seamless with a smart lock system, and detailed instructions will be sent prior to your arrival. You’ll have everything you need for a smooth and relaxing stay from the moment you pull in.
