The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was upgraded but there are places where fixtures could be tighter and the ceiling repaired/repainted. Breakfast had a decent variety. Overall good stay.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. The only thing that I was disappointed in and would have given the hotel a 10 is that there was no regular tea at breakfast. I don't drink coffee. It's the first hotel I've ever been to where they didn't have regular tea. There was only a sleepy herbal tea.

There was such a long wait to check in. Extra charges were not explained. My bathroom smelled like vomit; I used a travel spray instead of contacting the front desk since they had been telling other guests (who had been waiting for 2+ hours) that their rooms were not ready or that there was a housekeeping shortage. The breakfast was terrible. And lastly, there must have been some sort of ventilation issue since my room started smelling like “greasy breakfast” at 5:30am-I was on the 4th but located above the kitchen area.

The location is great, minutes to historic Leesburg, worth the 10 minute drive and finding the free parking garage to walk around all the shops and restaurants. Room was clean, staff were helpful and polite. I used the fitness center, the eliptical was very good. Close to gas, outlets, CVS and grocery store. The grounds were nice, ample parking and it is set back from the road. All in all it was a good experiance.

One of our clean towels had a big brown stain on it. The showerhead almost no pressure and took 15 minutes to get hot. When I called the front desk to ask them about the water temperature, they told me that our room was at the opposite end of the building from the hot water heater, and we just had to deal with it. The duvet cover on the bed was not fitted, which is gross because presumably they do not wash the actual duvet insert.
