The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is very clean. We always stay here when we are in Lexington. The outside is well maintained. We would recommend the stay because it is reasonably priced.

The room was great at first. Looked clean and comfortable. The guy that checked us in was wonderful. The next morning, they stopped all keys from opening rooms at 9 when check out isnt until 11. The woman at the front desk was rude when I asked her to help me with my keys. Decided to go for a short swim before leaving and noticed there were no towels in the pool area besides 2 hand towels. Asked the same woman for towels and she made a comment about not having time and she didnt understand how there wasnt towels in there. (The front desk is right next to the pool. All she had to do was look to see. Once getting in the pool, we noticed roaches around the pool. Obviously we got out quickly and wanted to notify the front desk. Again, this woman couldnt be bothered to even pretend to care.

While. At my stay at the property. My vehicle's broken into and things are stolen out of my vehicle. Upon finding this, I walked the property to see if I can find anything of my property and found hypodermic needles with what Look Like drugs in The Middle and above. And upon alerting a staff member. Of all this.They kind of wasn't surprised to hear what was being going on

The room had a dusty smell. I sneezed right away and my wife couldn't handle it. We had to cancel the reservation at the middle of the night and find another hotel. The staff was ok even though she was not welcoming, understandably because it was midnight.
