Have stayed here many times. Hotel is under renovation and it is a big mess. Mattresses and furniture strewn around the parking lot. Being used as a long term residence for folks and there was literally a person sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the rooms. Will not stay again when in town for work.

The staff at the desk are nice I stay here a lot I’ve never seen the microwave so nasty and the floor wasn’t black. I couldn’t tell the last time they had mopped that thing. The sheets were clean, but the room has not been cleaned.

The property has its bright spots like location, free light breakfast and pool area. but mostly the small things need attention. Keeping the grounds tidy and clean. Maintaining the overall look of the property. One of my main gripes is the smoking. I know people love to smoke (at least those that do, I was one of them). The room we stayed in was a non-smoking room however, It seems that at one point it was a smoking room or the guest that stayed there in the past use the bathroom as a smoking lounge. That is not good for most. Funny thing about smoking, it is hard to hide the smell (not talking about "weed" that is another thing). Need to completely isolate the smoking rooms away from the non-smoking rooms. Maybe strictly enforce it.

It was terrible. It was run down with trash everywhere. There were old underwear and weave on the ground in the parking lot. Staff were awful, sitting at desk saying they should have called out of work today bc the customers are terrible. Room was not clean, my child's socks were completely black,like the floor has never been mopped. Air conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep all night long. Only got 2 towels for 4 guests. Refrigerator never worked right, all the dairy products spoiled and had to be thrown away. 2 tiny pillows for 4 people.
