Keurig coffee maker. Washer and dryer. Dining room table seats 8. Bar area seats 4. Tv with play station. new covered Deck with new furniture. Gas grill. Fire pit. 4 adult bikes . No helmets. Shed with lots of beach toys. Swings,hammock. Linens and towels are included. Dishes and cooking supplies included. Only 3/4 of a mile from the public beach and downtown Lexington. Wi-Fi. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Air conditioning. Corn hole game. Starting in 2023 there will be a $100 cleaning fee.

We had a great stay to attend a wedding in Lexington. The cottage has everything you need and lots of extras, such as lawn games and bikes to use. Very cozy and clean. The property is also secluded and quiet, as it is at the end of a street, which was nice. Would recommend!

This was our second time staying here. It's a great house with a wonderful yard that my kids enjoyed very much. The city beach and minu golf are just short drives away. Great place for a family to stay!
