So much hidden fees! Also don't stay if you want to pay additional $25 for parking a night. If I'm staying with hotel wouldn't the parking already be included. Never staying again. Blame was thrown around and staff told me that the lady who told us there wouldn't be any fees added at the end of our stay, that she was on her 4th day of training. Again just excuses !

The bathroom needs to be renovated or at least the tub needs to be replaced. It wasn’t pleasing to shower in, it had cracks and looked filthy. The laundry facility needs some TLC, it wasn’t pleasant to be in and the washer and dryer looked pretty filthy.

Some staff weren’t accommodating even when I was a Diamond Member. Even though I booked through a third party. Never had an issue with my benefits being included. My room door was not functioning correctly and needed maintenance person to come open it. Every time we went back to the room. The highlight of the stay was the Luau and sunset/sunrise. For amount of would I paid for full prize would not be worth it.

We stayed here two times within last 2 years and this is very affordable hotel in central location with easy access to the both sides of the island. Also it is very close to the Kapaa and coconut market area which makes it very convenient. Hotel itself is ok. It has very big potential. Good place for those who want to save some money and doesn't require much of amenities. If you come to Kauai for nature and tours - this is the place to stay at.

We had to wait 2 hours to get into our room after regular check in time. The room was not very clean and the pullout bed was gross and in poor condition. Also had several problems with our key cards. The beach area was beautiful and the Tiki Bar was great.
