The room appeared ok and first entry, however, moldly carpet, no tv service, no ac, felt like I was going to get sick all night from the moldy musky smell, they should take that room out of their inventory!

I liked the convience of the tiki hut and the food was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not clean. Hair and dirt was still in the bathroom and our ac condensation line was leaking. The carpet around the unit was wet and there was black mold in the carpet surrounding the unit.

Bree was excellant when I called to inform the hotel that we missed our flight and would be a day late. She was also very helpful on check-in the following day. The food at the Grille and Tiki Bar was excellant. Staff in general was very friendly and helpful. The staff did an excellant job of making us feel safe, during the tsunami warnings. The Grille staff did an excellant job of adapting and being able to provide food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
