Let me first state that we made the best with what we had. Our room was very dirty upon arrival we found someone else’s underwear and socks when we got in the room as well as mouse poop every where lots of it on our covers and in the shower there was hair and a already used bar of soap

This property was not up to the Country Inn & Suites standard. There were many stains on the bed's comforter, the couch in our room was one-half of a set (no arm on the right side???), the common areas were extremely worn, the pool had a questionable foam floating on the surface, etc... Overall we were completely disappointed in our stay and were anxious to check out.

Oh my Goodness

We had 5 rooms. They all smelled of smoke. Floors filthy, beds uncomfortable, 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for 4 people per room????? That made zero sense. We were all over the hotel and not close together.

We had to switch rooms because it smelled like weed so bad in our room. The staff did nothing to make it right. They gave us an air freshener which didn’t work. The furniture was old and stained. They put couch covers to try to hide it. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Nasty.

Very Disappointed

After a long day of travel and activities we checked into our room. We got to the room and were very disappointed with the appearance of our room. My husband went to use the toilet and there was toilet paper and pee in the toilet. The carpet was very stained, blackout curtain has several rips in it, the arm chair has a large spot that looked like blood, the desk chair looked like a cat clawed it to death, the bathroom door would not close completely because there was a marble strip across the floor where the carpet and tile came together because of this the door would not even close tightly at all, the remote would not even turn the TV on it had to be turned on at the TV. The one that really got us was that the carpet was not even vacuumed. I spoke to the desk clerk when we checked out with some of these issues and he said the Manager would be in at 11am (we left at 8am) and that he would let the Manager know when they came in. From the type of people, we saw staying there were mostly construction workers, and we totally understand the hallways being dirty but when it comes to the room you are sleeping in that is unacceptable.

The staff was very friendly, and accomadations were sufficient- BUT the hotel seems a bit worn out with some stains in the room (like the bedskirts and curtains) and dirty -ish carpet. Some areas were in need of dusting and the corners looked neglected. Some scuffed/scratched up doors inside the room.
