Fix the WiFi

Normally like it here as work keeps sending me and the staff are always pleasant and the rooms are clean and nice and quiet etc. Annoyingly the WiFi kept cutting out while I was on conference calls and trying to do other work. Please fix this.

The room was very clean, very modern but a lot smaller than expected with a queen sized bed against a wall. A tight squeeze even two slim adults! Ok for one night, but not more. Good location, friendly staff. Be aware of a £3.00 fee per item per day for storing a suitcase/bag.

The staff member on duty was extremely helpful in finding us the right room: with window and space to climb out of both sides of the bed. I was very appreciative. The room itself was clean, good linens, and the attention to detail needed to make a stay in a small place practical (surfaces for toiletries etc, hangars, big enough shower room, good lighting).

Poor Customer Service

The check-in service is not good and the customer is requested to input all the personal information by themselves, and the process take much longer time than usual. The room is small but clean and neat. It is very inconvenient without a kettle and refrigerator in the room. The location is good, only 10 min walk to King Cross Station. Unfortunately, the hotel charges the customer GBP3 for each lugguage

Clean room, comfortable bed, modern. Room size comfortable enough for two people. No complaints. Conveniently located within short walking distance from King's Cross / St Pancras International, tube, bus stops etc. This is my 3rd time staying here and will continue to stay here in future.

Fantastic location and hotel

Lovely clean snd fresh room. It was perfect as i only wanted a base to sleep. The shower was lovely. Only one disappointment . No kettle etc in the room to make tea/ coffee. Everything would of been outstanding but that let it down for me
