Clean and modern room. No frills but everything you need for a place to rest your head if spending the day working or exploring London. Rooms are small but suitable for a short stay. Helpful staff. Excellent price for the location.

Firstly I’d like to commend the staff at the hotel. They were all courteous and friendly and the rating in no way is a reflection on them. The hotel is modern and the rooms were clean but tiny. The 3 star rating reflects the following. 1. The room was cold during the night even with the heating set as high as it would go. This probably wasn’t helped by a draught coming through the window and the fact we were in the middle of the first cold spot of winter. 2. There are no hot drink making facilities in the room. You can buy tea and coffee in reception (again from helpful friendly staff) but in our opinion being able to make your own drink last thing at night and first thing in the morning is more important and useful than being able to set the room lights to whatever colour you want. But for a one night stay the hotel served its purpose.

Comfortable, modern, clean room with queen a bed with access on both sides of the bed. Lots of shelf space in the bathroom, and in the room itself. Check in was easy with lots of staff available for assistance. We would stay there again for sure!
