Property is actually a motel, no lobby or central location for check-in. Otherwise, the stay was fine. The whole region is in transition right now with continuous development coming; some of the grunge factor I am sure will improve in the next several years.

When we checked in, we were assigned room 311. After being in the room for an hour or so we heard dripping in the ceiling and called down to the front desk and complained about the noise. The employee at the front desk told us that they knew about the noise And tried cutting into the ceiling or roof, but could not find the problem. I was a little surprised that they would reassign the same room that still had the problem and we had to move rooms to avoid the noise. After the first night housekeeping did not restock our coffee so we had to go down to the front desk and ask for coffee for the following morning. The room was very clean, but it was a massive headache to have to repack all our stuff and move rooms to avoid the noise in the ceiling.

Unprofessional staff. I paid in advance, called in advance to confirm no down/ feathers in the room due to allergies. Initial response was that they don’t allow pets. She had no idea. Asked the manager who assured there were no feathers used on property. I try to check in at 9 pm after traveling for 10 hours only to be told that they would not allow me to use room because they could not confirm no feathers! This is basic lodging issue. I said I could look- they refused. Now I am in LA during busy holiday and event weekend at 9 pm with no where to stay. Awful! They went rounds trying to blame me and more excuses. Then would not refund my prepaid money until i got 3rd party involved. Unsafe conditions. Horrible! Stay away!!

The room was clean but you could hear everything going on outside the room. Non stop noise. Outside of the room was run down. Manager was horrible. He called 1/2 before check out to harass and just 5 minutes after checkout called the room. My wife was using the restroom and had raced to grab the phone and was told I had already turned in the keys and we were checked out. There is no bathroom in the lobby and she was not feeling well. We will never stay at this place ever again.

For the price, it was exactly what you would expect. The room was mostly clean, and check in was straightforward. It is right under the flight pattern at LAX so we just heard nonstop planes making it tough to sleep.
