This property is very convenient for my needs. It is definitely a franchise owned property which I find can be less consistent than a corporate property. Common area cleanliness could be better, small details in maintenance of the rooms could be improved. But the overall hotel is the best on the row of choices.

Hampton Inn not the place for us.

The room was clean. The towels were like sand paper. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was either hot or cold, couldn't get the temperature comfortable. The TV remote did not work well. There wasn't a proper closet or dresser drawers. The so called closet and drawers were a weird set up. The breakfast was terrible, however the coffee was great. The staff was friendly.

A refuge from the fires

We evacuated from a wildfire zone and came to West Covina for a few days of better air. It was very comfortable, with all shopping needs and restaurants nearby. The staff at the desk was very helpful. Thank you!
