The bed is too soft; our room was not cleaned some days even though there was no “not ready” sign on the door. The service team seemed to have a hard time to keep track of which rooms were occupied and need to be serviced. Otherwise, it was fine. There was daily continental breakfast.

Overall the hotel was nice. A few things I didn’t like was the fact you have to pay for parking (as if we are not paying a lot already to stay there). We were also unable to do a late check out even after telling the reps that I would pay extra. With that said, the hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the pool/breakfast was a plus. Overall good experience. I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

The room location was very uncomfortable noisy next to the street first floor. I asked them to put me on the upper levels, but they told me they don’t have any available rooms, which is quite surprising. There were a few cars and I can clearly see that they are not so busy.

Some staff are not very helpful to customers with special needs and concern. Housekeeping is always rushing and customers are adjusting to them - not the other way around. With the high price they are charging, we hope they would re evaluate services to clients. We stayed for 6 days. I would still return but hope to see an improved team and customer service.

Comfort in a Cruel World

We stayed here to attend the annual Cruel World music festival and this place exceeded our expectations. The location has plenty around in walking distance such as Starbucks, pizza, liquor stores, gas stations and a grocery store. The hotel staff were delightful and made our stay comfortable, even when we went down at 10pm to request a Do Not Disturb sign as our room didn't originally have one. The free breakfast has one of the best offerings I've seen, including turkey sausage. Our room was spacious and had a lovely street view and view of the hills. Bathroom had great shower, lots of toiletries provided. Parking also was plentiful and close to the elevators. We had a great time and this place was close to our destination. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely be returning.

This property was renovated apparently within the last couple years. I was a really disappointed, however with the condition of the pullout sofa for my two children it was so big you couldn’t open it without turning it sideways in order for it to fit into the room fully there was no way to get in and out of the bed without climbing over the bed. The mattress was in horrible condition. There was an unexpected pay for parking fee of $25 and the room was very small. Upon checking in two adults and four children, there was no extra pillows in the room for the pullout sofa and there wasn’t enough towels.
