The staff was nice. As for the actual room we were in, it was not. The carpet in front of the couch was wet, to which I thought was just where they had recently clean it. But looking down it had a big red spot. And then other wet spots in the carpet. There was a smell to the room. Most likely mildew. We checked in around 5, went up to our room, took showers and that’s another problem. The shower looked like it had damaged tiles all inside and was makeshifted to be fixed. It wasn’t just the look of it that was a problem. My daughter and I showered before our concert. We left for the concert and upon coming back at midnight there was water on the floor going out to the door from the bathroom, the shower was still dripping from the head. I used our towels to clean it up. Then we went to sleep at 1 am. We got up at 6 am, walking towards the bathroom, in my sandals because of the carpet issue, I have a splash right by the bathroom door. I go to look in the bathroom and there’s water dripping from the head as well as the faucet and down the side of the tub. Once again wiped as much as I could with the towels and then proceeded to go check out. I explained to reception and the girl at the desk was kind, apologized, but also told me there was no one for maintenance after 10 pm. So the fact we got back at 12 am it wouldn’t have mattered. We had to deal. This room was not appropriate to put someone in for their stay even if it was only one night. I wouldn’t recommend staying again.

When I arrived at the Ramada, the outside was trash free, very inviting. I also noticed Handicap accessible walking up to an empty office. I stood there. No one at the front desk I had to bang on some doors to get the lady's attention from the back Once she approaches me, I get a full Blown attitude Her trying to explain to me why she wasn't at the front desk. Somehow, after being up over 24 hours, I snapped Words were mixed I will give her CREDIT she took the higher road & moved on to inputting my information The room is just what you're paying for I got lucky Street side of hotel Noisy, but if heat or AC on drowns out traffic noise it's a 2 On The REAL parking was Great

Hotel itself is kinda sketchy in the sense it’s really old and unclean. Also parking garage is a nightmare. IMO I just wanted a safe place to sleep so it was fine. The hotel is off the highway so it’s okay, but it’s kinda too far from anything so be ready to spend the money you saved on Ubers probably or turn it into stress from driving around Los Angeles
