Staff was helpful. Room had been remodeled. Mold in the shower and soap dispenser fell of the wall the minute it was touched. Biggest negative was the reeking smell of Fabuloso cleaner. Smelled so strong you could taste it in your mouth. No need to add scents to a clean room. That much perfume is only masking something that smells dirty or moldy.

First thing I noticed when checking in was how friendly the staff was. They were always happy to help or answer questions. The second, the room was very clean. I initially thought out comforter had stains on it but I was wrong. The bed was on the firm side, which is my preference, and the floors were not carpet, so another bonus. My favorite part of the room had to be the bathroom though. No dirty shower curtain, this bathroom had the sliding glass panels and there was so much room in it! Honestly its one of the reasons I picked this hotel. The location has easy interstate/highway access and was quiet at night. Being right across from the mall also gave us a lot of food options. There was plenty of parking and I felt safe. If we ever come back to LA, I'd definitely stay here again.
