We were in town for a concert at 4th and vine our stay was wonderful it was only 15 minutes to get to the venue beds were super confy the room had a kitchette and a living room nice that it was so spacious ill stay there again when im in Louisville.

I stay at this hotel multiple times a month for work and I am never disappointed. The bed is so comfortable, it’s quiet (and I work nights), the staff is accommodating and kind, and the breakfast is decent. The place could use some upgrades but I can’t complain. I always leave rested and looking forward to next time.

Horrible night of sleep

The hotel itself is fine, but in the room the air conditioner was so loud I woke up every time it started running in the night. The AC in the room below mine sounded like a harley davidson motorcycle every time it start running, so it was a very bad night of sleep. The water glasses in kitchenette were covered in finger prints and some lamps did not work, and all had the horrible stark white led bulbs.

Saw housekeeping maybe twice for a week stay and when they did show up it was EARLY and woke me up. Had to take out my own trash daily. Door slamming from the hall was an annoyance. Same bits of trash/paper/toothpaste cap/plastic cutlery in the floor of the hall remained the entire time. Room lacked basic essentials like ice bucket, sugar and cream for coffee. It was OK-- but feel like it could have been much better. Better points--room was spacious, felt safe. Cups and plates provided in kitchenette was nice.

Incredibly out dated. We went out for breakfast everyday because of the quality of breakfast. Ended leaving early because on what was going to be our final night we watched a roach scamper across the floor from the Korean to the closer (that had no hangers by the way). This property just needs a major overhaul. The only upside is it's proximity to lot to do in the St. Mathews area.
