Not a nice area.

Made the reservation while on the road. After finding this hotel we knew we couldn’t stay there. It was a very scary part of Louisville: Homeless people wandering all over. We would have to park on parking garage across from hotel. We did not feel safe leaving our car after a month long vacation with all our stuff in the car. We are hoping to get a credit for the room which we never checked into. Hotel was not even close to fully booked.

Very quiet hotel. Bed was comfortable , checkin was easy. Room gets very dark with the shades. Bathroom products provided are all Dove, which I didn't care for , but I had my own. Breakfast is only until 9am during the week, not amazing, but good if you want to grab something . Coffee and tea in the lobby. Water pressure was a little low in the shower , and the immediate area surrounding the building isn't much. Walk one block over to Whiskey Row. We ubered back at night , probably wouldn't walk it after dark.
