The rooms are very well designed I assume from the day they were built as the architects drawings are in the hallway showing the exact layout from the 1930s. The Speakeasy downstairs was very cozy and felt like an early 20th century Inn should feel like. I have lived in Bucks County PA, stayed at those Inns and the only big difference was the plumbing at the Mimlyn Inn was modern. You will have a grand time here with a large group or a couple friends visiting Luray and the Shenandoah region.

We stayed in one of the suites like we do every year. The room is spacious and clean. Everyone that works at Mims is friendly and mind. Speakeasy restaurant is out go to ebery night. Breakfast at Circa is also really good. We love coming here every year.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and provided a comfortable and relaxing environment . On our first day, the Front Desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly, making us feel genuinely welcomed . Her hospitality set the tone for a great experience. We also appreciated the delicious food served at the hotel restaurant. If there is one suggestion for improvement, it would be to offer a wider variety of movie options on the TV program. Nevertheless, our experience was excellent, and we would gladly return in the future.

The room was wonderful and the Inn Beautiful. The Speakeasy had great food and fun bar. The breakfast was delicious but not free. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and answered all of our questions. The King Suite was very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. We ate off-site, like most hotel restaurants. The food was overpriced; however, we drove to Main Street and spent $70.00 at a deli...so we could have eaten at the hotel. Lol.

The lounge and terrace are beautiful and relaxing places to hang out. The rooms are quant, but smaller than they appear on the website and the mattress seemed uneven. The walls were so thin we could hear everything going on in the rooms around us. Our hair dryer was broken and dirty, the tub seemed cheaply refitted, but the excellent water pressure from the shower was nice. Housekeeping came by 3 times between 8:30-10am despite the do not disturb sign being on the door. The first time, I was woken up by housekeeping trying to enter the room, but the latch prevented them from fully opening the door. (Check out is at 11am.) After being unable to sleep comfortably, the housekeeping staff’s behavior was egregious. Overall, good for events, but we probably won’t be coming back to stay.
