A localização e o café da manhã são pontos positivos da hospedagem. No entanto, o serviço de café da manhã é realizado por horários previamente definidos, com controle de entrada de hóspedes em grupos a cada período programado. Além disso, o isolamento acústico dos quartos é insuficiente, sendo possível ouvir com clareza os ruídos provenientes dos quartos vizinhos e áreas próximas, o que torna o ambiente bastante barulhento. Outro ponto negativo é o uso de cadeiras pesadas nos quartos, cujo arraste gera ruídos intensos e constantes, causando desconforto aos hóspedes. Minha experiência de descanso foi bastante insatisfatória devido ao excesso de barulho. Não recomendaria a hospedagem para pessoas com sono leve ou que buscam um ambiente silencioso para descanso.
