Beautiful, clean 3 bedroom condo in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Mammoth Lakes due to its close proximity to Canyon Lodge and the Village. Great for families or large groups - sleeps 8 comfortably. Walking distance to the lifts at Canyon Lodge, covered parking.

All new flooring, carpets, appliances, kitchen countertops, & furniture. Large Samsung Smart TV’s with cable in every room! Full size washer and dryer in the unit. Covered parking. This is building 11 in the Mountainback which is the closest to Canyon Lodge (about 1200 feet away).

Enjoy amenities such as WiFi, Cable, covered parking, a spa, and swimming pool.

The Space
If you like things clean and fresh, this is the place for you. You'll find 3 separate private bedrooms all having large smart tv's with Netflix, Amazon, and basic cable. We have a full size washer and dryer for you to use as well. The space is well laid out with comfortable seating and eating areas. The Fireplace turns on with the push of a button. This is also our vacation home and as you can see we like to keep things nice and clean and we appreciate you doing your best to do the same.

Guest access
We keep a couple of locked closets for our personal belongings and supplies, other than that the whole place is yours.

Other things to note
The parking is covered and has a Maximum Height Clearance of 7 feet. You will have one assigned space on the left side clearly marked with the Unit #. There is additional guest parking on the right side, but it is not guaranteed and is first come first serve.

Great location new Village

Rented this condo for the parents while the rest of us camped nearby. Was conveniently located next to Village and not too far from campgrounds around Lake Mary. Would rent again.

We enjoyed having several generations of family stay in this roomy spacious condo during the summer. We loved the decor and location. There is no view as it’s on the first floor but the interior furnishings make up for that. Beautiful fireplace and well stocked kitchen. Two short flights of stairs to access from the underground parking. highly recommend

Infringement of stay at home order and covid related regulations

We did not stay at this property as we respected the Stay at Home order. The owner was not legally permitted to rent due to the Stay at Home order in place in California but refused to cancel to avoid reimbursing me
