This has been my worst hotel experience ever. Toward the end of my stay, they were not willing to return my deposit that I had the receipt for. Their explanation for this was that the deposit was used to pay for the extra person staying in my room, which they had already charged me separately for. After inquiring about this issue to different staff, the man told me that he was going to make their own staff pay out of their OWN POCKETS so I can get my deposit back. Is this how you run a hotel?! There is no organization whatsoever! Also, I asked the staff if they require a deposit for all hotel guests, she said that it was OPTIONAL. Why would they ask me to pay if I didn't have to ? There is no consistency at all. Upon checkout the staff Lea who assisted us on our check in did not explain until I asked her about my deposit what she asked on my check in.she explained to us differently.She said the other receipts is the upgrade and the early check in .And the deposit receipt that she asked me to put a deposit is for the extra person DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL !!

This hotel is located about 15 minutes drive from the airport, about 15 minutes walk from a major mall and about 5 minutes walk from major dining options. There is a jeepney stop at the front of the hotel and other transport options are also available at the hotel's front. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, english is widely spoken and the rooms are spacious

Was great relaxing with very friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and clean and dining experience was exceptional. The only thing I wish the hotel had an Automatic teller to withdraw money inside the hotel as convenience for guests so not have to do outside but all in all excellent hotel with all amenities would strongly recommend

Access was easy, lobby and reception was very good. Room was a bit underwhelming and I was offered an upcharge for renovated room, but I declined. The room was fine overall, shower had water temp fluctuations constantly but not too bad. Staff was the best though, they really were attentive and quick to assist. Thanks for a pretty decent stay.

The property was nice, but the room was in much need of an update. The room gave off a 1980's feel with it's tarnished outdated wood furnishings, old carpet, and popcorn ceiling. Overall though, its a good place to stay if you want a hotel close to the airport and just looking for something overnight.

No problems. The hotel itself is great. It's clean inside, a little form of entertainment in the lobby area, staff was excellent, food was actually very good, they don't charge you if you order food from the outside, and it's in a convenient location.

When i booked my travel it would not allow me to pay the 300 pesos early check in. When i arrived early the hotel charged me 5,500 pesos for an early arrival. I felt like the lady at the front desk took advantage of me. I thought that would only happen with taxi drivers. I was very upset and disappointed
