Great customer service and dining options. However, airport shuttle is not free (expedia details/pricing has free shuttle). They have a sedan for a charge. Smokers area is by the pool area and no towel service.

The he place is in of and shows its age. If you want to stay in a room that’s not outdated and broken down you have to pay extra. We were only there for an overnight so didn’t upgrade but they should not charge you extra to stay in a decent room. Will have to find a new place to stay at after this trip for sure. Breakfast has always been a highlight but the food was cold and tasteless this trip.

The room was big but the furniture looked like it had been left at the curb. No pics on the wall and the ‘view’ was non existent Breakfast was awful Mini bar completely empty Gym well below par Not sure how this rates as a 4 star hotel. More like 2.5

We enjoyed our stay after upgrading to the newer rooms on the 9th floor. We had originally booked the rooms that haven’t been updated yet and my wife didn’t really liked it, it felt old but still clean. My recommendation is just spend the extra $ and get the newer room.
