Sisältää 4 polkupyörää, Porta-sängyn, syöttötuolin istuimen, ulkoilmajäähdyttimen, kalanpuhdistuspöydän, Internetin, tehosekoitin, sähkögrillin, kahvinkeitin, propaanigrillin ulkopuolella, sininen hammas pieni radio ja rantapyyhkeet. Makuuhuoneissa on 3 Kings ja ja 1 Queen ja 1 Queen vuodesohva. Kaikissa huoneissa on uusi taulutelevisio. koti on yksi taso. Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Sombrero-rannalta. Nukkuu yhteensä 10 henkilöä. Grill and garbage disposal needs replaced, but everything else was great. Perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. The pool was wonderful. Great views of the canal, and seen a manatee the first day. Would book again.

Place was clean, George was right on it when we noticed there was no coffee pod coffee maker, came over, delivered coffee maker and took the time to show us how the tv worked. Hair still wet from coming out of the shower! He was great!

Expectations EXCEEDED! Our family booked this home for lobster season and we seriously couldnt have had it any better!! We traveled with a family of 5 and our dog and so this place was spacious, quiet, very clean, supplied with all you need in the kitchen, and extra beach towels! Our host was excellent at communication and would highly recommend booking this home! The pool was great, Our kids loved it!! We also took advantage of the bikes! Boat trailer parking, outdoor freezer and fish cleaning station! Lastly, THE VIEW-AMAZING!!! We saw manatees, Priceless!!

Family Vacation

Our multigenerational family with dog enjoyed our stay. The home is spacious and very clean. A check-in hiccup was quickly addressed by the property manager who graciously met our needs. The house has the basics for cooking and eating in. The bikes were a great plus (a bike lane goes all the way to the beach) as was the pool. Street traffic is a bit heavy during the day but drops significantly in the evening and the neighborhood was very quiet at night. Our only suggestion would be a ladder on the dock or a floating dock to facilitate kayak use-especially for the older members of the family. We would not hesitate to rent to this unit again.

Great location with everything you need!

The house was exactly as described. Plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. The bikes were great. The location was perfect! We were able to bike so many places. Pool and dock provided lots of fun for our family. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Thanksgiving in the Keys

Had a great time here! House was the perfect size for our group. The heated pool was wonderful! Neighborhood was quiet, even for a busy street. We had one issue with the garbage disposal and it was addressed immediately. We would recommend this home to anyone look for an awesome place to stay!

Great Experience!

The house was clean and comfortably accommodated all 8 of us (4 kids and 4 adults). We brought our boat and tied it up at the dock with no issues even though there are no cleats. The house is a little difficult to get in and out of with a vehicle though due to it being right on a bend in the busy road and parking was tight between our two trucks and trailer but doable. The oven was completely broken when we arrived but they did have a 2 burner hot plate available. They replaced the oven during our stay but dropped by completely unannounced one morning to do it. So communication could have been better with the property manager. The propane tank on the grill was empty as well so we had to replace that during our stay. The map location is wrong so just make sure you double check the address. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again! The pool was great, perfect after a day on the boat or at the beach!

Extended Family Vacation

Good location. Nice size place. Had a bait deep freezer, nice perk. Nice swimming pool. Nice dock if you have a boat but no ladder or tie downs. No lighting on dock either. Owner reacted quickly to some minor issues, they were easy to work with. What would make this place a 5 star? Need the sliding glass doors in the living area to have blinds or tint, it gets hot in that room with no window covering. Front bedroom on the water is hotter than other rooms, it did cool down some but it was hotter than other rooms, maybe tint those windows as well. There is ample closet space but some extra seating in the family room would be nice. Really can only seat 5. We brought a chair in from a bedroom and a couple table chairs so we could all sit.

The door was unlocked when we arrived. The instructions to get into the house were wrong. The info in the house did not match what was provided in the email sent at all. The info provided in the email was wrong as well. The beds were terrible and the beds didn’t have comfortable bedding just sheets. There was cable remotes but none of them worked the tv. Overall, it was not a good rental and would not recommend to others.

Amazing House

We really enjoyed this property. We brought our boat. we went for evening cruises through all the canals. It was a bit of a haul to get off shore but about the same if you were staying gulf side. We brought our paddle boards for the canal only issue was there was no ladder to get back on the dock. Plenty of parking. Wish the bedroom with the 2 twins had 1 of the kings just for bathroom/bedroom combo, but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!

Marathon Florida - Sombrero Beach New years Vacation 2023-2024

Property was great, very clean and the description was spot on! We all loved the location, perfect bike ride down to Sombrero Beach, not too far, and not to short! If we needed anything George with property management was there in no time to take care of it and he was very nice. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun! We will be returning for another stay in the future!!

Christmas vacation

The property worked out perfectly for our family vacation. We had our 34’ boat at the dock and enjoyed the benefits. A little bit of a ride through the canals to either the ocean or harbor but we found it relaxing and enjoyable. Would recommend a water hose connection at the pier but otherwise it was great. Had an issue with the a/c that quit working on 12/23. Contacted the maintenance man and it was taken care of the next day, Christmas Eve! Pool was great as we had the heat on and our grandson loved it, even on the cooler days!

Needs improvement

Up arrival there were ants all over the kitchen. The property manager came and sprayed but still had ants. The floors were filthy as well as the living room furniture. The door handle fell off every time we used it. Water pressure in the kitchen was minimal. Bathroom holes were filled with toilet paper. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor once Outside chairs had rusty legs and were dangerous for little feet. Desperate need for cleats on the dock. Overall needs a lot of cleaning and repairs. Location was good and the pool was good. If not for the location, I would have given it a one star.

Fantastic Home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is in a perfect location to the beach as well as the grocery stores. We enjoyed being able to dock the boat at the house, and jump in to fish anytime. We also really enjoyed the pool, it was the perfect temperature for April!

Nice location

Convenient location. Short walk or ride to Sombrero Beach, Publix and other shopping. The house was fairly well equipped but could use some beach chairs and a new umbrella. Pool was well maintained and heated, which made the ladies happy. The home was very dusty, floors were “sticky”, so it could use a good, thorough cleaning. Overall, a nice place.

The property was great, the house had plenty of room, The floors were very dirty. When we all showed up we took our shoes off and were walking around. My daughter noticed her sons feet were very dirty. We all looked at our feet and we had to wash all the floors. Otherwise, we had a great time and the house was amazing.
