The south end is the quiet part of Marco Island, and that’s where you’ll find the Moorings.
This 3rd floor, 1,400 square foot condo sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.
The balcony is so spacious it’s more like a tiled room, with sunny skies instead of walls, overlooking the boats docked along the palm tree-lined canal. One of those boats might be yours since you have use of the Moorings’ shared docks and their direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.
The balcony also gives you a view of the manicured lawns of the Moorings and a tiki hut surrounded by palm trees not far from the heated pool. The pools deck is equipped with gas grills and picnic tables for your poolside barbeques.
Inside, on blonde tile flooring, the furnishings are comfortable as they are stylish. Windows fill the unit, which means images of palm trees and lush greenery with sun-dappled leaves fill the unit. Indoor plants and tropical touches like coral and dolphin statuettes create a feeling of seaside calm.
The kitchen is filled with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to cocktails to bring out to the balcony. A pass through wall connects the kitchen with the dining area and its stylish table with a garden view.
We want you to spend your time enjoying every minute of your stay, so we’ve made sure the unit is filled with all the comforts and conveniences of home, like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, televisions in the living room and bedrooms. It also comes with everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
You’re so close to some of the island’s favorite attractions. Walk to the access point of South Beach and its warm sands, turquoise waters and endless water sports. There’s no better way to cap off a day on South Beach than stopping by the Sunset Grille for Caribbean-style cuisine, tropical beverages and the most spectacular sunset you’ve ever seen.
Another short walk takes you to Caxambas Boat Park, a beautiful public water access point with boat trailer and car parking that includes a four-acre park renowned for bird and dolphin watching.
So for peace and quiet and a short walk to the beach, come to the Moorings.
