Check-in was kind of cluncky. About 9pm so the lobby was closed. We had to use a drive-thru (wish signage made that clear as we pulled up). The speaker the front desk staff used to talk to us was very poor, and it was very difficult to understand what she was saying. Otherwise, the room was fine.

Best Room of vacation

My wife and I spent over a week on vacation, staying at 6 different motels. I thought this one was the best of them all. Cleanest and quietest. Strongly recommend.

Great service but not ADA friendly

5 stars for customer service! Jeanie was fabulous. We had a minor issue w/a room and she went all over finding the best option to move us to. Only complaint is the beds are about 3’ tall. Very difficult for old short people with knee and back issues to climb into and out of.Even the accessibility room had tall bed and tub would like to see shorter beds and walk-in shower.

This hotel was great! I'm not one to normally leave reviews but from the lady at the front desk (sorry did not get her name) being an absolute joy,the room was clean, the breakfast was great and best of all the beds and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. The pool/hot tub area looked clean and the family in them seemed to be enjoying themselves. I was kind of late checking in and just didn't use them.

2am wake up

I so wanted to say good things about this stay. Front desk service was good. Room was clean. The beds were high and comfy. The free breakfast was amazing with so much selection. The 2:00 am wake up was not. We woke to our headboard wall and the lights shaking, this went on for a good 1 1/2 hours, there were people yelling. I contacted the front desk twice they were investigating it. They told me it was room next door and that it was workers???. Personally if I was working at a job I am not going to spend all night up carring on. She said it was utility or construction workers but not ones working for the hotel.

Coffee was ok. Saw several different times different staff members talk like they are not at a job. I wouldnt say staff was rude to customers just not really nice, no sense of urgency and just acting like the customer was on their time instead of the other wat around.
