When to Pharr for a concert, go to hotel and we were told that an additional $100 deposit was needed for incidentals. The staff seemed to not know when or how long said deposit would be held on my card. Also they seemed understaffed and unorganized, I paid in advance and was told that my card and name were wrong.

The room was filthy. The restroom floor looked like it has not been swept in months. The sink area was filthy. The frame around the mirror was full of dust. The tissue box was empty. Someone is not cleaning the rooms like they are supposed to.

when we showed up to the hotel the front desk clerk was asleep on the couch. when we got in the room the door was open, the restroom was dirty pubic hair and head hair all over the shower, there was no shampoo nor conditioner. the bar of soaps were all open and in the tub. then the AC was broken, after tried calling the front desk for shampoo and to see about the ac no one answered. will not go back nor will i recommend this place. Please call me if you have any other questions on how yall can improve on customers experience 210-307-6353.

Not a good hotel

This room for being a suite was horrible the tv remotes and tv didn’t work we ask for batteries they still didn’t work the floors were dirty no blow dryer the iron didn’t work the pull out sofa didn’t work there was a note not to pull the bed out ! The comforter had red lipstick stains on it ! My husband paid the first night out go pocket then I used the reservation the second night we didn’t want to stay the second night but it was already paid for so we did ! The bed felt like it was a board with a thin padding on it it was the worst two nights of sleep!!

Horrible stay

First of all, the room smelled of mildew or something in the air conditioning because when I sanitized and sprayed, it still smelled. No one ever came to give us towels or picked up the trash. We stayed there for 4 nights, but let one day early. Breakfast was always late start. I think everyone needs to be fired and start over again.
