Property was generally clean, felt safe, was close to most amenities, and the staff were courteous. I dislike the fact that when I would go to the front desk I would often have to wait for a staff member to come out of their office and on departure early morning there wasn't anyone at the front desk.

Nos hospedamos 2 noches y no recibimos el servicio de limpieza de habitación. Al comentarlo cuando hicimos check out nos empezaron a culpar al respecto, primero diciendo que porque no se había quitado el letrero de no molestar, cosa que sí se hizo, y después nos dijeron que fue porque alguien de nuestra habitación había solicitado que no se hiciera el servicio. Pedimos que nos comprobaran eso y después de un rato solo se disculparon y nos dijeron que la habitación debió de ser limpiada y que lo hablarían con el staff. Puedo comprender que se les haya pasado pero no que mientan culpando al huésped para evadir su responsabilidad.

No one at front desk in the middle of the day for check-in for a few minutes. Room smelled like old, wet gym shoes as soon as we walked in...noted most of the carpet was damp. AC was cold but noisy, like it was near to breaking down. Window blind was worn/torn but we were able to make it work. Couch had a pretty sizeable hole/tear ~2 inches on top of back. One of the pillows smelled really bad, like maybe it was on the floor and picked up the smell from it. Asked desk about something to help with the odor and they gave us a spray bottle...so we did the work for them...it didn't help too much. Walls were thin...we believe there was a family above us since there was "running" noises like kids running around, which started around 4am both mornings we were there and battled the AC noise in our attempts to sleep. One of the two breakfast area coffee makers broke on 2nd morning we were there.

Very dirty!!!

Hotel seems to be kind of new, but the reality is that the inside of the hotel is not well maintained. Dirty elevators, dirty carpets and dirty room. It seems like the vacuum was never used on the carpet. One day, my room wasn’t cleaned at all, and I had to ask for towels and shower gel at the front desk.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't get a good night's sleep because being on the 4th floor you could hear a humming sound all night long and vibration come to find out it was the air conditioning units on the roof. Even taking a sleeping pill you couldn't escape that sound. Thankfully that gentleman cleared that up on my way out af 4 days of staying there.
