Large building with good sized rooms. No hot water on the shower even though it was left to run for ages. Nearby shopping mall is nice. We didn't venture further as we didn't have time.

For the price i paid, it is cheaper and is equivalent to 5 hotels in major cities. Room is spacious and amenities were well provided. Buffet spread was generous.

This hotel is very grand and spacious. The pool is very good, although some shelter would good, as it is very hot in the surrounding area. Although Medan itself has little to offer tourists, the hotel is in a good position for shopping - there is a Starbucks opposite and a short walk from a minimart.
