Room was very clean and updated. Exterior was pretty worn down. The neighborhood was very loud, windows didn't do much to block sounds from traffic or people walking by. Staff was helpful and very nice.

Room smell like cat pee. They cleaned the heat pump filter and gave us a bottle of febreze. Cat or dog hair all over sheets and dead flies on the ground. Ceiling vent cover with falling out of ceiling needed to be refastened

Very dirty outside and inside. Dirty/stained linens on bed, didn’t even sleep in the sheets just slept on top with a blanket. Overall very rundown and very old. Missing electrical plates on walls good thing we didn’t have any small kids with us!!

Price. Location. Comfy Beds. Plenty of parking. Clean enough for a short stay. Close to freeway. Sizzlers, Dutch Bros, Starbucks are your neighbors. Friendly staff!

Room smelled like rotten fish, bathroom sink leaked all over the floor, people cussing and fighting all hours, vagrants roaming the lot. It was the cheapest place in town, and you get what you pay for. Never again!!!

Staff was friendly but not available when we needed assistance. Door between our room and the next room allowed for too much sound to come through and we had trouble sleeping. Beds were quite comfortable though.

You get what you pay for.

I was, I hate to say it, reminded that Motel 6's business model- which is to not re-invest in their properties, is a strategy that customers pay for. The room, in general, and the beds, were clean- but sad, There wasn't even a side table between the beds to put water or your book. Despite all the signs threatening action against smokers, the room smelled like smoke and we were more comfortable with the door open. And there was dog feces on the landing. I just felt kind of sorry for the people who worked there.
