This little hotel is pretty nice for the most part. There’s a guy at the front desk with piercings and tattoos that’s really nice and has great customer service. The hotel is located in a good spot that’s close to a lot of eateries and shops, however there are a few sketchy figures that pass through as it’s not the best area in Medford. There were a few small stains on the sheets, even some small blood stains, but I never came across any bugs or anything like that. The drawers work but are a bit broken so they get jammed up when opening and closing them (at least in our room, not sure about others). This is a pretty decent hotel to stay in but definitely not a fancy five-star.
