We could heard the people in the next room using the restroom and all of their conversations. There was hair in the sink and on the floor. Not a clean room.

I travel a lot and I will always book with them from now on. This was my 2nd stay and no problems. Hawthorn is amazing!! Finally got his name. My last review I didn’t know it but like I said, I travel a lot and have not met a nicer, down to earth amazing person. Gabby was my shuttle driver and is so sweet too.

This was just an awful place to stay, in fact I would of left except there was a huge snowstorm and I felt stuck. The floor was filthy, the mattress box was metal, I was afraid to touch anything and wiped it down before I did. People partied in the hallways all night long and I couldn't sleep. Waken up by dog barking and other guests yelling at each other. One assumes Ramada has a certain standard but not in this motel. The staff could of cared less about anything, however the manager was responsive to following up with me. Unfortunately he didn't follow through either. Will never stay here again.
